Typical online fees will vary accordingly, allowing us to tailor our services to your individual needs and create an atmosphere of harmony and balance.

Fees
Feng Shui consultation fees depend on the size and location of the project, plus travel costs (where applicable). Please use the list below as a guidelines:
- Small studio flat $220.000 COP*
- 1 bedroom apartment $280.000 - $300.000 COP
- 2 bedroom apartment $330.000 COP
- 3 bedroom apartment $440.000 COP
- 4 bedroom apartment $550.000 COP
- 5 bedroom apartment $660.000 COP*
- For homes with more than 5 bedrooms or more than 2 floors please send details of the number of bedroom and floors or floor plans for an exact quote.
- Extra fees may apply for spaces above 280m²
These fees apply to providing feng shui advice and redecoration recommendations on décor.
For healing practices there is a standard rate of $220.000* per session

The Consultation
We offer different levels of consultation depending on needs and budget. A typical consultation includes:
- An initial site visit or video call (around 2 hours)
- Comprehensive written report explaining and summarizing recommendations in detail, including different theories (Flying Stars, 9 Ki, beneficial directions, furniture arrangement, colour schemes and décor), EMF readings, cures
- 2 follow-up appointments (visit or phone calls)
